Motherhood is hard, you know?
Everything you do seems to be “wrong” or judged.
The choices you made to feed your child will be criticised either way.
You give your child snacks, you’re a bad Mom. You don’t & you’re not letting your kids enjoy the childhood.
You let them have TV time and you’re spoiling them. You don’t and you’re no fun.

Ok I also tak berharap because our anniversary have always been simple & the flower I got pun I terkejut dah.
And I think after years goes by, birthdays and anniversary is best celebrated minimally, just the company of each other is sufficient for me.

7 YEARS OF MARRIAGE, 10 YEARS OF LOVE. 🌹
Tomorrow is our 7th year anniversary, alhamdulillah! 🤲🏼 Dedicating this post for my husband on this special day because he has been supporting me in my business since I first started.
It’s true when they say blessings from the husband & support is SO important. I don’t think I’ll push through till today if it wasn’t for him. Maybe, I would have given up.
I feel like I lost myself in being a good wife/ mom when I put priorities in my business. There are days when I don’t cook, clean & everything goes haywire but my husband has grown to understand that & assured me it’s okay because he understands & felt first hand what I had to go through as a Mom who’s juggling biz from home. He would takeover whatever that needs to be done - laundry, cleaning & even cooking simple meals on days when it’s….crazy.
No human is perfect & so are we as an individual. We grew to understand that instead of focusing on little things that’s imperfect about each other such as….. how I leave my things laying around & he has to organise/ clean after me or how my husband’s snores affects my sleep…. 😮💨
We decided to focus on the positive things & each other’s strengths instead.
My husband used to tegur me “B, your things are all over the house” & I understand how annoying it is for him, but this habit is hard to kick… You imagine lah, my facial toners, face mist, lipmatte & tara sachets can just be sitting at weird corners of the sofa. But now, he doesn’t say anything & just compiles them all into my Ferrarossa tote bag. 🥲😆
Both of us used to be so a**l about how the house is in a mess after we had children but now we don’t even talk about it anymore because children will be children. 😬
And that’s how you live a happy & stress-free life, nitpicking little things don’t bring benefit to either party. ♥️

You can’t please everyone nor can you stop people from feeling a certain way about you or say certain things about you. What can you control? Your emotions and how you respond to it! ♥️
As someone who used to be so easily affected with unkind comment, I grew & I’ve learnt how to manage better when I hear unkind words/ comments.
Honestly, I’ve never felt better. The way we respond to situation & stubbles in life says a lot about us. So let’s be graceful when dealing with unkind people. 😉💛

In business, there’s ALOT of walls to break down. You dream & wish to achieve something but you let FEAR sabotage your capabilities to achieve it. 😣
Understand the “walls” and you’ll understand what you have to go through first.👇🏼
1. THE ‘SHY’ WALL
- Don’t be shy to ask. Ask what you don’t know to people who have more experience than you, who have more knowledge than you. Up till today, I’m still asking questions to people who are more experienced & knowledgeable. We’re in a constant learning curve. ♥️
2. THE ‘FEAR’ WALL
- Don’t be afraid to promote what you sell to the people you know, they could be your first batch of customers, they are your “practice” & their rejection will make you stronger, trust me. Do 1 thing you fear at a time & watch yourself bloom & grow. 💛
3. THE ‘ROADBLOCK’ WALL
- The toughest of them all. Starting is easy but sustaining is another.
I don’t want to do this because….
“I don’t think I have time.”
“I don’t know how to do it.”
“What if people don’t like me?”
“What if I fail?”
If it matters to you, you’ll find ways to make it happen. You don’t know? You learn. I didn’t know how to edit and do videos, but I don’t wait for me to become perfect because practice makes perfect. So keep doing & learning!
There’s going to be people who likes & dislikes you, & it’s okay. We cannot live to please and keep thinking about other people’s opinion of us. We do good, people talk, we do bad, people talk. Don’t focus on the negative. 👌🏼😉
It’s okay to fail 10 times, you only need to succeed ONCE. 🥰
