Position:Senior Sales Supervisor

About the Role:
To organize, motivate and lead own pre-seller teams and merchandisers in respective revenue stream and handle yearly contracts and agreements negotiations (LTA’s).
Responsible for the combined performance of own team and for ensuring that everyone reaches their targets and that the customers that fall within the assigned channel are well maintained.
To operate within set targets, incentive scheme and KPIs system.
To lead and coach team as a whole and individually, while providing a safe place where mistakes are turned into learning opportunities.
Requirement:
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:

Enjoying privileged relationship with wholesale customers in an area/region in KSA
Arabic/English Speaker / (Arabic Native language)
Worked in a big organization/company having high weight in wholesale channel sales.
Educated (not a must but preferably university graduate)
Having experience in FMCG products and wholesale market not less than 8 years
Having experience in managing a team of not less than 2 Pre-sellers
Having good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Having Experience in forecasting
Having experience in setting journey plans.
Problem solver
Excellent at follow up
Familiar with numbers
Self-confident with strong personality
