Places to visit with family in Penang, activities suitable for elderly and kids!
As usual, my kids always have fun in the airport and take a quick rest in the plane, and I am their cushion 🤣

1) Pedal & Rolls at Tanjung Bunga
A café for sport cars lover, we enjoyed photos everywhere and kids played racing games! Best moment for them while waiting for the food to be served.

2) Summer Dessert Bakery at Ayer Itam
Very delicious fresh toast as our breakfast to start our journey 😋

3) Penang Hill at Ayer Itam
First time for the kids to experience the cable car ride, it is 10 mins from the lower station to the upper station and it is crowded🤭
There are various attractions at Penang Hill, we visited "The Gate House" also known as "Bel Retiro Bungalow". It was built in 1789 for the governor of Penang, the old house gate serves as the residence for high officials and dignitaries of the government of Penang.
Then "The Habitat", an award-winning rainforest discovery centre set atop the stories Penang Hill. 🎖The "Langur Way Canopy Walk" is the world's longest two span stressed ribbon bridge. The bridge has two spans, each 115 meters long, and is located within a rainforest. 🎖 And kids found a 350 years old tree in the rainforest too! 🧐
After an hour walk and explore in the rainforest, we enjoyed our Afternoon Tea at David Brown's Restaurant & Tea Terrace, it is the highest restaurant in Penang. 🍰🍩🍮☕

4) Penang Ferry at Georgetown
We experienced the air-conditioning ferry from Georgetown to Butterworth, the journey takes approximately 20 minutes. ⛴
Then we visited "Chew Jetty", the most popular water villages in Georgetown.

5) UFOREA Penang at Island 88
It is a new, clean and largest indoor playground for kids! There is a "make up" room for kids to change different costume and Oops, I am able to fit in the nice costume. 🤭 No time limit, can re-entry within the day, if not mistaken, elderly is FREE!

6) OLO Studio at Jelutong
We booked the DIY Workshop, beads and tufting. To me, 5/5 difficulty for the tufting workshop. No matter how difficult, everyone enjoyed the moment. 😜

7) Ayer Itam Dam Lookout Point
A nature escape in Penang, it is a large dam and there are a few viewpoints where we can see the beauty of Penang. We are lucky to spot the BIRD, anyone know what is the name of the bird? 🐦

8) Batu Ferringhi Beach
Sand and seawater are always the best friend for kids, it was a great Family Bonding Time by the beach!

Lastly, it's time to go home! Thanks Jetstar for the birthday card and chocolate cookies to my boy.
