Really sad to share that after 20 years in business, we have to close the LiquidSKIN business after CCP mall asked for an increase in rental of approx 20% and in spite agreeing to pay, they didn't accept it as they have new plans for the mall to make it outlet only mall. This is the 3rd time it has happened with us that we invested in the Outlets in malls (Jurong point, Eastpoint Mall and now CCP) and then we were asked to move without any compensation. It is brutal to say the least. We survived COVID (without any support form Gov or mall) however this was the last nail on the coffin as company doesn't have resources to build another outlet and develop business.
