I am posting yet another video from Dr. Sten Ekberg on as this is one of the first video that I had chanced upon that really explained the whole science behind this “movement”. I especially like his way of explaining that actually educated me on how to go about doing it, how to prepare your body and why it works! His video was absolutely instrumental in me adopting this lifestyle and doing it successfully without suffering. The idea of getting your body and conditioning it to slowly move away from a carbohydrate dependent metabolism to one that burns fat was something I would have never known if not for him. Being a South Asian and one who grew up on a staple of and all things made of rice and flour this info empowered me to understand the conditioning that my body had been subjected to all of the last 5 decades and enabled me to re structure a and plan that was suitable for me. As a follow up to my last post where I shared a link to a highly informative talk by Dr. Pradip Jamnadas , I thought I would also alert you to another great soul and highly knowledgeable Dr. Eric Berg whose Youtube videos have also been instrumental in educating me and help me make my lifestyle changes! His talk on the Ills of also dovetails very well with the information that was given in Dr. Pradip’s lecture that I posted last week. Several years ago I started this FB page and called it “Live FreelyForever. It is now timely for me to revive it and put into full gear and drive it forward to make it be the resource it was intended to be. The intention behind starting it was to create a vibrant community of like minded individuals willing to discuss, share ideas, articles and tips and even engage in banter that would be beneficial for the general wellbeing of all of my friends and contacts from far and wide, allowing all of us to Live the lifestyle of our dreams, Freely and Forever without any encumbrances, neither financial nor health related.
Correct me if I am wrong but I feel that uppermost in the majority of people’s mind is Financial concerns about not having enough to retire on, a concern that has been exacerbated by the impending stock market crash, the looming runaway inflation the world is facing because of the damn Ukraine war and the uncertainty of food sufficiency because of the disruptions in the supply chain.
A close second to that is concerns about growing old and with the health challenges that we would or might be facing, made more prescient by the ongoing pandemic situation and the ever increasing number of infections that doesn’t seem to be abating regardless of the number of boosters the Governments are blindly pushing to the detriment of the populace!!!
I have been on the path of self improvement, for several years now especially in the areas of physical health , which has borne fruits and am now much much healthier for my efforts. I am working on the financial freedom aspect too- it’s still a work in progress!!!. I know there would be other kindred souls that are sufficiently interested and drawn to improving these two aspects in your lives too. It is with this intention in mind that I would like to invite you, my friends, to join me in this quest to improve our lives and make a difference in others’ lives too! Just be a part of this community and together we will enrich each other by sharing tips and knowledge, Finance and Health related and perhaps even share business opportunities or perhaps even Ideas promoting “soul living”, after all now more than ever, aren’t we all seeking deeper connection and asking ourselves what we really want out of life?
Today more than ever, the idea of living Freely seems to be a pipe dream given all that we are subjected to, especially the draconian restrictive measures that has upended all of our lives and with the threat of new waves of infections continuing to hang over our heads like a democles sword each and everyday!!! Neverthless we all cannot roll over and give up and wait for the governments to “solve” the problems with the dictates expounded by the vested Big Pharma companies can we?
I certainly am not going to sit around and wait for solutions and handouts and have taken responsibility for my own health and well being and it definitely does not involve taking any more booster shots after booster shots unless it comes with an exacting price of not being able to lead a normal life or if I am mandated and compelled to do so by the authorities!!!
