Advocating for persons with psychosocial disability...

13/05/2026

Dear beloved...

As we observe Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 with the theme of "Action,"I am reminded of the profound power each of us holds to create meaningful change. Mental health is not just an individual journey but a collective responsibility, one that calls us to take tangible, compassionate steps for ourselves, for others, and for society.

Let us prioritize self-care, setting boundaries, embracing rest, and nurturing our well-being. Support those around us, friends, colleagues, neighbors and foster communities rooted in compassion and understanding. And, together, we must advocate for better mental health support in our workplaces and society, ensuring no one is left behind.

Every small, evidence-based action—whether moving more, connecting with nature, or uplifting a community initiative—contributes to a healthier, more inclusive world. Let’s move beyond awareness and turn intention into action. Because real, lasting change begins with us.

Together, we can build a future where mental health is valued, supported, and prioritized for all.

Regards,
