On behalf of the government and people of Akoka County, we express our deep and heartfelt sorrow on the passing of our beloved mother and sister, Mama Viviana Nyachan, a legend and a true artist of Chollo music.
Mama Viviana Nyachan was a remarkable artist who preserved and promoted Chollo culture through her powerful voice, her art, and her unwavering spirit. Her legacy will continue to inspire generations across the Chollo Kingdom and South Sudan as a whole.
We pray that Almighty God grants strength and courage to her family, the artists she mentored, and the entire Chollo community during this difficult time. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
