As the year comes to a close, I’m deeply grateful for each of you. Old years looks different for each person... celebratory for some, quieter or heavier for others. I feel and understand both sides of the coin.

It's the last day of 2025. There are 2 distinct moods you can feel...
One is light & celebratory - a chance to toast to milestones reached and dreams fulfilled. While the other feels heavier - subtle reminders of what was lost, what didn’t happen or who isn’t here anymore. Both experiences exist side by side and neither is wrong.
If you’re celebrating, may your joy be full and your gratitude deep. If you’re grieving, tired or simply surviving, know that your feelings matter just as much. You don’t have to force happiness to be worthy of this season. Sometimes the bravest thing we do at year’s end is to acknowledge where we truly are, honor our hearts and allow ourselves to step into the new year, carrying hope gently, at our own pace.
Year-end burnout is real. The holidays are loud, busy, overwhelming. I get it! So... I’m offering free sauna + infrared sessions at Kneadingtherapy, to help you recharge, breathe and reset. You deserve that “me time.”

You know what 16 years as a Massage Therapist has taught me...?
I'm not for everyone and that's OKAY. The techniques I use, my approach, even my personality! I just may not be liked, accepted or even considered as an option by some persons.
HOWEVER, there are people who marvel at my work, who trust me and who trust the process. There are those who have witnessed and experienced physical, emotional and even spiritual changes in themselves. Those are my people. I choose to show up for them.
That's the golden nugget. Whatever your contributions may be to this world... be it professional or personal - YOU are absolutely NEEDED! Just as you are, with all that you have to offer. You may not be for everyone, but I guarantee you are for some. Find them. Embrace them. Appreciate them. Show up for them.
