In this video, I’ll show you the right amount to apply and how to gently massage the eye area.

I’ll also demonstrate a gentle lymphatic massage that may help reduce puffiness and, when fluid retention contributes to under-eye darkness, help the area appear a little brighter.

✨ Cryo-Stick Technique ✨

After the mask, we use the Biologique Recherche Cryo-Sticks along the origin and insertion points of the facial muscles.

Sometimes, we see Cryo-Sticks being used with only very gentle, superficial contact on the skin, focusing mainly on the cooling effect. However, that’s not the full purpose of this technique.

The technique should be focused on the facial muscles — working from the origin to the insertion of the muscles with precise, controlled movements.

After the mask, we use the Biologique Recherche Cryo-Sticks to help soothe the skin, reduce the sensation of heat and signs of fatigue, while our technique helps sculpt and visibly lift the facial contours and enhance product absorption.

✨How to Use Lotion P50 at Home ?

During the first two weeks:
After cleansing your face, take two small pieces of soft gauze and lightly dampen them with water. Apply a small amount of Lotion P50 to the gauze and gently apply it to the skin.

Start from the décolleté and neck, then move upward across the face, avoiding the eye area. Go over each area approximately 3 times with very gentle movements. Do not drag or stretch the skin; the application should be done with light, tapping motions.

After approximately two weeks, once your skin has adjusted to the product, you can apply P50 directly to the soft gauze without dampening it with water first.

At the end of each movement, you can use a very gentle hand vibration at the end of the muscle to help promote a firmer, more lifted-looking appearance.🌿💚

One of the most important steps in a skincare routine is properly cleansing the face, especially the delicate eye area.

The skin around the eyes is very thin, delicate, and sensitive, so we should never apply too much pressure when cleansing.

Always use gentle, light movements without pulling or rubbing the skin.

When using a cotton pad, allow the product to gently dissolve makeup and impurities first, then softly wipe the area clean.
