Why do I workout the way I do?

1) I get to workout at home so I never have to worry about weather.

2)The cost is less than the cost of a gym. Plus I dont have people staring at me or judging.

³) I have a supportive group of people who are there for me if I ever need a boost.

4)I have control of what kind of workouts suit me.

5)I LOVE the trainers!

6) I am able to access nutrition help and tons of delicious recipes. (not a workout but a definite bonus)

7) I get to make my workouts work for me, and my crazy schedule!

8)I always have a modifier if needed, to help me keep going.

9)Delicious superfood shakes that are a highlight to my day!

10)Getting results that I want!

Another day of core cardio! I've also been working really hard to get my nutrition on point. For most that is the hardest part. I'm chipping away at it piece by piece. How many of you are in the same boat?

I love the days when I am so into what I'm doing for my workout it doesn't feel like it's been 30 minutes. Even if I am sweating through all of it!

Sorry that I have been gone for a week but we are back in it! It amazes me that after a short break how quickly your body remembers what to do even if you slightly have to slow it down!

I have always had issues with consistency when it comes to my fitness and though I try to show up most every day sometimes life happens and I go a few days or a week without showing up for myself.
This used to make me feel so guilty like I was letting myself down.

Through this journey I have realized that it my body and my life and it's up to me to put in the work and sometimes that includes taking a break. So there is no shame in sitting out every once in a while as long as you know when you are ready to jump back in!

I am ready to jump in!
