Hello everyone, I’m Erica 🤍 I’m a licensed massage therapist and the founder of Let Go Let Love, a bodywork practice created to support mind, body, and spirit.

I recognize that life’s experiences can leave a mark on us, and not all of those marks feel good or easy to carry. These can shape the way we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. While these marks may not always be easily identified, they are very real, and can manifest as tangible pain, physical sensations, and tension in the body. My intention is to create a safe space where these tender points can be seen, honored, and released with Love.

Through my own healing journey and devoted study of trauma, complex PTSD, and the nervous system, I have learned practices that invite greater ease, safety, and comfort within the body. The greatest tool, being Love. I have come to understand that the one who most needs our Love is so often ourselves. My hope is to gently support you in reconnecting with the Love within you that is always there.

I offer sessions ranging from gentle relaxation techniques to deep tissue and sports massage. I am very excited to offer up to 30 minutes of intake and intention setting before every service. This time may include conversation, breathwork, or guided meditation, allowing us to arrive together with clarity and shared understanding before the hands on work begins. This is completely optional and always free of charge.

Outside of the treatment room I’m a life long Alaskan who loves playing outside, reading, and learning about the body and healing. I’m also marrying my best friend this summer 🤍 I’m so honored to support you in letting go and returning to Love.
