⏰️Morning Muscle Tuesday 6am
We had a well-rounded shoulder block.

💪This was just one block of a challenging full body workout during a 45 minute class.

We completed 2 sets of each exercise.
Hinged over Front Y Raises, Lateral Raises, and Rear Raises. They all set up the same, but go 3 directions and target the front, side, and rear shoulder.

⏰️Forever Fit Tuesday 8am
We had full body 45 minute workout that included mobility, core, compound light weight exercises, and balance.

💪One block was stability focused with functional exercises. As shown, we completed a hinged over T and came up to a front lunge. Though this particular exercise was unweighted it was a challenge with balance, control, all while keeping good form.
