In real life involuntary muscle spasms and movement happens. And that means that the body is releasing stagnant, blocked energy from that area. The goal is to balance your nerves system and the twitches normally happen on areas that dense or tense that can also relate to emotional release. Because at the end of the day, emotions and pain are stored into our muscles and its hidden because we don’t want to see it or we are not ready to embrace the reality of that certain emotion/trauma.

A fun fact about it is that I can also feel and see the reasons behind every blockage. I have images and at times scenes of memories. I love it. Do I communicate it? Not as much as I should because not everyone is open to the subconscious, but when it’s shared it’s super relatable and appreciated.

At the end, I enjoy my husband mocking me (even my son) because yes, it questions my ability but it also grounds my potential on my work. Because at the end they both ask for energy work 😂
