Our children boutique bows are handcrafted using top of the line ribbon. We find that the clip will go in the hair easier and hold better if the clip is partially lined. If you would like your clip fully lined…no problem, just ask! We also add a no slip lining to alligator clips which is great for little girls with little or fine hair.
