First, If you would like to store your wig, make sure that your wig is washed and totally dry. Try to avoid storing your wig in extremely dry, and moist areas. The temperature can effect the texture of your unit.
Next, Try to avoid stretching the cap, many don't know that placing a wet wig on a mannequin or Styrofoam head can stretch the cap. When your wig is wet try to find a better alternative.
Lastly, detangle your wig before washing with wide teethed comb from hair ends to root. Never comb roughly from the hair root, that will cause shedding.
