With Mary Kay’s support, the Pilot Village Project in Waipula supported rural women entrepreneurs to implement more sustainable agricultural practices, including ecological mango production. As a result, dried mangoes are now being sold on an e-commerce platform providing an important source of income for rural women, including Xuefang Xia, who became an owner of a mango farm which enabled her to double her annual income in 2020 and support her family.

I’ve been MIA for a while on this feed. Teaching full-time and having two kiddos takes precedent. But I’m still a die-hard Mary Kay rep and adore their products.
