Licensed Medical Esthetician in North Ga That passion eventually blossomed into a career. I tried everything. my poor mom asked me " how was your facial?
Growing up, this industry was always a passion of mine, and I always felt great joy providing my friends and family with all their beauty guru needs. In high school I struggled with my skin, and acne was my living nightmare. Cetaphil, Neutrogena, Seabreeze, Proactive, witch hazel and rubbing alcohol. and even the dermatologist at northside hospital, which resulted in reduced acne, but also chemica
l burns. (because the products were way too strong for my adolescent skin.) my face was constantly raw from the picking, popping and harsh damaging misguided efforts. As a last resort, my mother took me to get my first facial by an esthetician, resulting in the best skin of my life thus far. i remember vividly, getting a microdermabrasion and a chemical peel, all in the same sitting, and I was tearing up actually ( not a comfortable facial I should add). " and i said through tears i was in pain and this lady was hurting me. but, I was so excited. I went home and laid out all my skin care products. Egar to start a new regime, that I just knew was going to work this time. and I was right.
