I had to be a person outside my house today. :) I’m slowly becoming a day walker again and feeling like myself…though majority of the time I’m a hermit in the house still unpacking, getting organized, decompressing, and working on being Sonya again. Today I went to a fundraising banquet for a friend’s nonprofit that serves underprivileged kids in our community so I had to get presentable for the outside world. Soon I hope to have the bandwidth to be creative again and start teaching and sharing on here. I have had so many ideas on things to teach, share, and show you guys….but first I’m “practicing the things I preach” here and will soon invite you on that journey with me.

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted on here between quitting my corporate position and packing up NC to move back to GA. It’s been a crazy ride that hopefully will settle out soon and I can get in the groove again.
