in case you haven’t heard, we added another fur baby to our little family. meet (mr) carter (aka chubs) 💙 he is a 9 week old collie mix that we rescued 2 weeks ago and we are so in love. charley took a few days to get used to her baby brother, but now they are inseparable. can’t wait for all the adventures 🐾🐾

Change. Change can be scary. Change can be exciting. But most of all change is just an opportunity for even more opportunities.

As I enter this final week of my current job and I prepare to close this chapter. I am doing my best to reflect on the positives from this past season. I made amazing friends, had awesome students, and learned A LOT. Thank you to the people that have taught me how to be a leader, how to work together with people you may not always agree with, and how to delegate responsibilities (which can be very hard for me).

Now, preparing for this next season. I am studying, praying, and taking time to breathe before beginning this amazing new job. I want to go into it ready with a passion and fire burning as I widen my sphere of influence. I also want to go in as a support for my staff and to learn from them as much as I can. I am excited for my new team and the opportunities and responsibilities that have been trusted to me.

Thank you to the gorgeous for being my model at our glamour workshop this last Saturday! Read below to see the step by step of this look! 💋

1) Ivory C 110 TimeWise Matte Wear Foundation all over (after using TimeWise Combination/Oily Cleanser, Day Cream, and eye cream).

2) Highlighter in Honey Glow on center of forehead, tops of cheeks, nose, and chin. Contour in Latte along top of forehead, cheek, and jaw line.

3) Contour blended in an outward motion.

4) Illuminating Drops in Golden Horizon on tops of cheek bones.

5) Chromafusion Eye Shadow in Hazelnut (base), Emerald Noir (crease), Biscotti (above crease) and Emerald Noir as bottom eyeliner.

6) Chromafusion Cheek Color in Desert Rose and Gel Semi-Shine Lipstick in Apple Berry.

Remember the goal with contouring is to add light to the center of your face and darkness to accentuate the angles! As always, skin care is the first step to any great make up look!
