I’m always grateful when clients take the time to share their honest experience with Ondibu. Messages like this mean a lot to me, especially because they speak to something I’ve been educating about for years.
I’ll be honest, I debated reposting this review. From a company standpoint, another brand being mentioned can sometimes look messy. In the end, I chose to blur the company name. My intention isn’t to call out anyone else, but simply to share an honest customer experience.
When customers share their real experience, I think it’s important for people to see it exactly as it happened. Not as a marketing claim, but as genuine feedback from someone who purchased the hair.
I did ask the client for permission to share this message, and out of respect for her privacy I’m keeping it anonymous unless she ever decides to speak about it publicly herself.
