I love enjoying delicious health giving foods and drinks. Try this recipe out . It supports hormone health and cools the body on a hot summer day!
Summer Hormone Harmony Elixir
A cooling, mineral-rich herbal drink designed to support hydration, stress resilience, and overall feminine wellness during the summer months.
Ingredients
2 cups nettle infusion (chilled)
1 cup hibiscus tea (chilled)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 tablespoon rose water (food grade)
3–4 cucumber slices
Fresh mint leaves
Ice
Directions
Prepare nettle infusion the night before and chill.
Brew hibiscus tea and allow it to cool.
Combine nettle infusion and hibiscus tea in a pitcher.
Stir in lemon juice, rose water, and honey if desired.
Add cucumber slices, mint, and ice.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Summer Goddess Nourishment Bowl
A colorful bowl filled with seasonal vegetables, healthy fats, fresh herbs, and protein to nourish the feminine body during the warm months.
Ingredients
For the Bowl
2 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or spring mix check out your local farmers market)
1 chopped and boiled beet
1 cucumber, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup chickpeas or grilled chicken
¼ cup crumbled feta (optional)
Fresh herbs: parsley, basil, or mint ( I love adding fresh herbs to my salad!!)
Lemon Herb Dressing
3 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon honey
1 clove garlic, minced
Pinch sea salt
Fresh cracked pepper
Directions
Arrange greens in a large bowl.
Add quinoa, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, beets, and protein.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs and feta if using.
Whisk dressing ingredients together.
Drizzle over the bowl and enjoy immediately.

Think of it as a deeper, more nutrient-rich form of herbal tea.
Unlike a quick tea that steeps for 5–10 minutes, an infusion allows herbs to fully release their nourishment into the water.
