This is Ethos.

I debated posting this.

But I promised myself I would be honest and share both the highs and the lows of this journey.

When this video was taken, I had just received the paperwork making Nuearth Co. official.

At the time, I was in a season of uncertainty. I had made the difficult decision to step away from a job I had worked very hard to obtain, and I didn’t know what the next chapter would look like.

I remember feeling emotional, hopeful, but also very much in limbo.

What I did know was that this dream had been placed on my heart. I truly believe God planted the seed for Nuearth Co., and in that moment I was choosing to trust Him with the outcome.

Today marks one year since that moment.

There have been highs, challenges, lessons, and so much growth. And I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported this journey along the way.

Looking back now, I’m reminded that sometimes faith looks like taking the first step even when you can’t yet see the full path.

What began as a seed of faith is slowly growing into something beautiful. And this still feels like just the beginning.
