I’m a little shocked comparing these pictures today!! I started a journey in May healing myself from the inside out. Im 7 weeks into Trauma counseling & feeling better every single day & making better health choices as well 🩷 💪 Healing feels so Great!! Here is to a better life for myself, my beautiful girls, & our Future. God has held my hand throughout every single step 🙏🩷
