REAL TALK! This was one of the hardest events (and week) of my life. This was in the peak of COVID, and I had already worked non-stop with multiple other events, so I was already drained (to say the least). I knew I didn’t feel well, but I was pushing through… so much so that I actually PASSED OUT standing working on flowers… Fast forward, I did have COVID, and I was not allowed into the ballroom anymore- and also didn’t want to get my team sick. So, I ended the event working out by the dumpsters in the loading dock!! (This was peak holiday season and I couldn’t find more help) Thankful for my team stepping up, but, also, it’s taken me years to post this event because it was so hard and painful! But, now, with some space, I am really proud of what we were able to accomplish when the hits kept on coming! 💪🏻🌸

TEXTURE. Textured vases. Textured blooms. Textured foliage.
This particular design called for smaller-scale floral providing a balance to an over-the-top grand space. But, low floral design doesn’t mean “boring”! The texture and multiple shapes and sizes made it so interesting!

Fall is coming to an end… I’ve already decorated many Christmas trees for clients! But, I’m not ready for the change until after Thanksgiving! So, sharing these beautiful Fall textures in such a beautiful space

What I love about creating a Mandap is that it allows for perfectly dimensional design! We created this by using sandblasted ghostwood limbs adorned by delicate floral to create the illusion of trees.
