I created a free guided journal called “Rooted in Resilience” — a faith-based reflection journal designed to uplift, encourage, and pour into women who may be walking through difficult seasons.

So many of us carry the weight of the world while still showing up for our families, our work, and our communities. Sometimes we just need a quiet space to breathe, pray, and remember how strong we truly are.
