Celebrate LEAP day by improving your vert! This combo will help for sure. 5 Second Iso Hold into pins or straps. Then after a 15 second break, hit a box jump. Make sure you stay vertical and put the emphasis on the Legs during that max contraction into the straps.

With Valentine’s Day yesterday, I had reason to think about the most important relationship in my life. I know some people think it’s not a real holiday, but anything that gives me extra reason to reflect on how lucky I am seems like a pretty important holiday to me. Thank you for being my best friend, my business partner, and the love of my life. I do not deserve you, but I’ll work for the rest of my life to be the partner you deserve.
