Yes, you can get sprayed in the morning and still enjoy your day outside afterward. After your first water-only rinse, being outdoors, poolside, at BBQs, or in the sun is completely fine.

The only thing we don’t recommend within the first 24 hours is chlorine exposure, since it can affect how your tan develops and lasts.
