These two methods of extensions 👉🏽NBR extensions and hair crowns are life changing!
Hair loss can feel so devastating and leave you desperate for solutions. And the process of finding the root cause and regulating your body can be time consuming. So what can you do in the mean time?
Here are a few options-
👉🏽 adding extensions to add fullness and density. Most times hair loss is temporary like with postpartum. Adding extensions can fill in the areas that are concerning and allow your density to regulate.
👉🏽 crowns are another option when hair loss is substantial and concentrated on the top of the head.
If you are having injections you might need to have a temporary crown that you attach with clips. This allows you to treat you scalp and yet camouflage what’s happening.
Crowns can also be more permanent and attached with bonds so that you can live your whole life in them.

It’s my birthday! And the plan today is to have fun all day, because I’m grateful for another year!
Recently I had a day where I couldn’t quite pull out of the funk. It was like everything felt like it was an up hill battle, but what finally helped me was turning all those thoughts to a place of thanksgiving.
Life is full of trials, but let me hi light the word FULL here. 👉🏽Full needs to be the focus. 🤓
Full of life and opportunities to grow and full of people who challenge me to love deeper.
In my funk I had to have grace on myself and focus on how far I’ve come as a person.
So today I’m truly resting and doing what I love to do.
Here’s to many years to come and more opportunities to Live, Laugh, and Love. 🥂

Have you ever seen that movie a series of unfortunate events?
Well if you have seen that movie you have seen my life 😂 isn’t it funny how life has a way of forcing you to grow, well at least for me it has.
The one thing about your personal growth is that it reveals what’s not growing around you. 🪴And like the analogy in the Bible of how God prunes a tree so that it can bear more fruit…all of those unfortunate events have pruned and as tough as it has been the fruit has always been worth it.
My kids have always been my inspiration to grow and do the best I can in this life.
As hard as the struggles have been in my life watching them still spurs me on everyday.
So many of us are at a crossroads and in holding places because of our circumstances, but we are greater than our circumstances! I encourage you to remember the thing that spurs you on to become the best version of yourself today😊And I pray grace for you as you walk out the new path in front of you!

Time flies when your having fun! ✈️

🌴I’ve now been for over 6 months now. 😀🥳 Yay!!
Recently I had a client ask me “how often do you go to classes?” I added them up in my head and was like “ 5 hair education classes already this year, not including the business classes I’ve taken!”
Wow! I’ve done a lot already and I feel like I’m just getting started 🤓These past few years have been such a whirlwind of growing and moving and I truly appreciate what I am becoming.
Now that summer is here I realize I have goals to meet by the end of the year, so I’m about to get super focused on hitting them.
I will be needing some models by the end of the year to finish some of the phases of my NBR Academy.
This means model cost for extensions y’all! I am adding some perks as well because I know how everyone like free stuff!

The last consecutive months I’ve been to the east coast a few times. Virginia was for business and ministry, then North Carolina was a court case. (All went well btw)
North Carolina feel like home to me so going there was a treat but unexpected in the middle of my busy calendar.
I have literally unpacked and packed a few times 😂 like I landed 🛬 and will be here in Austin 2 day then pack for SA.
I’m loving what I do and have to be so on top of things that I have to schedule time in between to have fun!
I use to make excuses and have an all work mindset, booking every minute with work and responsibilities.
And because I was so used to booking myself, now I make sure to book out to live.
Yes all the other stuff is still on my books but I will put on my books a block that says “Get your life”
It’s a reminder to breathe, get coffee…. Go for a walk. Do something for you.
Yes I can still be everywhere and have places in my life that are unorganized but I’m finding balance and that’s normal!

Happy Mother’s Day! This is how the day began, all smiles and surrounded my my sweet kids.
And it ended with me in the truck in tears. Why? Cause being a mom is one of the hardest things you can do.
You want to be the best you can be for them and protect them and you just can’t.
Mom guilt is the hardest thing to lay down and surrender to the Lord.
Mother’s Day I believe can be the best and worst day for mom’s everywhere. It can be your first with or even without your children or even your own mom.
To all the sweet moms out there:
You are doing good and your good is good enough! God got you through all the tough times and He will get all your little ones through too.
I celebrate you today! Smile or cry 😂😭 or do both! Either way no matter how you feel today believe me you are deeply loved.

I’m headed to Virginia this week for a certification class! I’m so excited to share this journey with everyone because of the impact it will make in women’s lives
This was part of my journey when I was in Raleigh and after this week I will be offering it here in Texas!
It’s hair toppers or what I like to call crowns. This is for women who have lost hair on the top of their head for all sorts of various reason.

When I knew we were being called back to Texas from North Carolina I asked Papa to help my transition by making Texas weather cooler.☺️
So when I wake up and the weather is still crisp and cool I remember the sweet request I made and how generous He is to me.
Letting go of what you think you want and embracing what is right in front of you can be a challenge, especially if you are a goal setter.
It takes a minute to get acclimated to new seasons and new places when we have our own expectations set up in our hearts about what it’s going to look like.
I’ve been disappointed in moments with false expectations of what it should be only to look back and except was it truly was for me and those around me.
A new season is always for our benefit when we embrace the sweet unexpected.

Its so nice to have a snow day in south Texas!❄️☃️ Even if its really just an ice day 🤣
I was scrolling through some of the transformations of this last year and come across one of my favorites. 😍
It looks more drastic than what it actually is. 👉🏼 If you just lighten 2 levels lighter but do it all over it seem dramatic, but the grow out is easier than you might think.
Her natural texture will also help her with the grow out process!
Which do you prefer? Curly or straight?
