BIRTHFIT Coaches & Practitioners lead their clients differently.
They open the door. They hold hands. They cheer for your lifts. They hold you accountable. There is no sugar coating. There is truth shared. There are stories passed on. And they sit in the unknown with you.
✨Why do you need a BIRTHFIT Certified Coach or Practitioner? ➡️ No one else trusts you to do it your way like a BIRTHFIT Coach or Practitioner
✨ Why do you need to become a certified BIRTHFIT Coach or Practitioner? ➡️ You will view the entire motherhood transition differently, from a place of reverence, and your clients will walk out of sessions with more connected, confident, and certain. Why would you not want to give them that and remind women how powerful they are?! 🤩

I love the common thread- mother led! 💙
What I love most about our community is the variety and spice inside our calls. We discuss the biological blueprint and then we discuss what works for others. We discuss natural options and western medicine. And we always trust that the woman knows best for herself and her family. 💙

As a woman that wears many different hats, this was the community that I wished I had a long time ago.
The BIRTHFIT Community talks squats and presses as well as core and pelvic floor. We also talk preeclampsia, circumcision, folate vs folic acid, iron status, and more.
Why? Because stepping into motherhood as a multidimensional woman is wild and community support to nerd out and hold us accountable is a huge blessing.
Whether you’re preparing for an unassisted birth or your next transfer, we got you. Maybe you’re just starting your career and on your preconception journey. Or maybe you’re 20 years into your career and want to leave your wisdom for the ones coming up.

Before you clear a postpartum mom to “return to running” — ask yourself: has she trained single-leg strength yet?
Running is a one-legged sport. Every stride demands your body load, stabilize, and drive off a single leg. If the glutes aren’t firing, if the pelvis isn’t stable, if hip extension is still limited from months of postural adaptation — adding mileage doesn’t fix any of that. It just loads a compromised system.
That’s why we program lunges before distance.
Lunges rebuild the glute-hamstring chain that running actually depends on. They retrain pelvic stability under load — the same demand as every stride. They restore hip extension range of motion and teach the body to move through a full gait pattern again. And they do it with relatively low spinal load, which matters when a postpartum woman is still learning to manage intra-abdominal pressure.
This isn’t about aesthetics. It’s about building a body that runs well — for years. Plant the seeds, mama. 🌱
Coaches: this is why the BIRTHFIT return-to-run framework starts on the ground, not the track.
Mamas: your comeback deserves a real foundation. Build it forward. ➡️

🤓Another lunge variation for you. Have you tried this one?
We master the basics first- this includes the lunge.
Then we build. 💪
This one is simple. Grab a dumbbell. And get moving. Go slow at first. Find your rhythm. Then, go for 3 efforts of 10-12 reps.
Master the basics.
Then we keep leveling up.
We have a BIRTHFIT Basics Prenatal and Postpartum Programs. Or you can find each movement on YouTube. 💙

BIRTHFIT Basics are the foundational movements we return to again and again — in pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. They’re not new. They’re not complicated. They’re how your body was designed to move, from your very first breath.
Rooted in infant development and grounded in the nervous system, these movements build the kind of core that is strong and dynamic — one that can carry a baby, birth a baby, and heal after birth.

👉 Whether you’re a mama navigating postpartum, a coach working with pregnant women, or a practitioner looking for a framework that actually works — this is your starting point.
It all begins with the breath.
