I recently experimented with a new recipe, and here are the results.
My goal was to create an aroma where the bitter dominance of wormwood was highlighted by honey-like notes of meadowsweet and sweet vanilla bean.
This could be achievable if the tub tea was boiled to receive the infusion, but our hassle-free steeping method didn’t work - the regular tub water’s temperature wasn’t hot enough to bring out the wormwood aroma.
Unfortunately, the blend lacked personality and is marked as a FAILURE.
