I love all my ripe tomatoes for fresh eating and canning- but every now and then a big batch of fried green tomatoes is worth the sacrifice. My Grandma used to make them regularly and a pan of fried green tomatoes- though they look different than hers did- always takes me back to her simple kitchen filled with love and the best homemade foods. # Nostalgia Delights
