Tallow cells and our skin cells have the SAME cell structure! Tallow leaves skin plump and hydrated, which makes fine lines and wrinkles less noticeable. Castor oil also contains fatty acids, which help improve skin texture (and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles). GLUTEN FREE Breakfast this morning (if you’re like me and need some kid friendly ideas)☀️

•2-3 ripe bananas
•2 eggs (our hens FINALLY started laying 👏🏼)
•about 3/4 cup of organic oats (I never measure anything 😬)
•tsp-ish of vanilla
•1/3-1/2 cup of ricotta (because I had it, would have used cottage cheese if I didn’t)
• 1-2 tbsp chia seeds
• tsp-ish cinnamon

cook in butter like pancakes 🥞
(don’t recommend adding blueberries, they seem to make the pancakes fall apart)

*I apologize for the delay, after losing power myself and learning of the mass devastation that Hurricane Helene has caused, I could not bring myself to post about such trivial things. I was born and raised in North Carolina and have been through a number of hurricanes myself; the mass destruction that this hurricane has caused is unfathomable. Prayers for those that have been affected by this disaster, and prayers for those that are risking their lives to help survivors.*
