How to Effectively Utilize Cozy Style Scheduling

Dear Cozy Style Salon Community,

Cozy Style scheduling is the perfect tool that gives you total power and control of your scheduling experience. The information below will help you to better utilize this system to your advantage.

* Once you have scheduled your initial visit, a client profile is created and kept on file. You can access your profile via the app or confirmation link at anytime. Simply click "Sign In" (in the top right corner), provide your mobile number for your "User ID," and you will be sent a 6 digit security code via text to login securely.

* Your client profile is secure and has all your relevant information. You will have total control and flexibility to schedule future appointments, reschedule, or modify current appointments. You also have the option to securely save your card information for future payments.

* Any cancelations must be done by Cozy. If for any reason you need to cancel, simply call or text Cozy and you will be issued a full refund.
NOTE: Please read cancelation when scheduling.

We have some updates

Dear Cozy Style Salon Community,

First, I would like to thank all of you for allowing me to be your personal barber. It is an honor and privilege. Due to Covid 19, we have all had to alter our lives and conform to the "New Normal." I am sending this important email to update you on some important changes that will take effect beginning next week, Tuesday, August 4th.

Cozy Style Covid 19 Regulations

* Facial Masks are REQUIRED upon entry and must be worn at all times. Clients receiving facial grooming services are permitted to remove mask during that particular service only. No Mask, No Entry, No Service.

* Clients are REQUIRED to wait in the front office until it is free and clear for you to be serviced.

Cashless System

* Beginning Tuesday, August 4th, I will no longer be accepting cash payments. Only debit and credit card payments will be accepted.

* When scheduling your services via the app, you will be required to render payment in full.

* Clients with standing appointments are required to have a credit/debit card saved on file. Your card will be charged for service the week of your appointment and no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

Service Prices, Taxes and Transaction Fees

* Please be aware that certain services have been modified within the app for easier scheduling. Read each service description carefully.

* All service prices have been increased which includes transaction fees and taxes, resulting in one flat fee for payment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you already have a confirmed, scheduled appointment before Friday, August 14th, under the original service prices, they will be honored as such.

Holiday and Vacation Dates

Hi Clients! I have sent this email to inform you of some important dates for this month. The week of Thanksgiving I will only be open for service Monday, November 20th through Wednesday, November 22nd. These dates will be open for scheduling soon.

Important Changes

Hi Clients! I have written you all to inform you of a few important changes that have taken place here at Cozy Style Salon...

First and Foremost I would like to thank all of you for allowing me to be your personal and professional barber. Here at Cozy Style Salon I strive to offer each of you the best, more convenient, and professional service in a timely manner. I also work hard to continuously provide a nice family oriented atmosphere that is conducive for the whole family to enjoy and be comfortable.

For quite some time now I have offered my services at affordable prices slightly lower than my surrounding competitors. Therefore I have currently made a couple pricing changes to services that I currently offer.

Here are the Current Changes:
1. Adult Full Service Haircut, $25 - This Service is a "Basic" or "Style" Cut including Mustache and Beard (Razor or Clipper). Must be 13yrs or Older.

2. Adult Haircut, $20 - This Service is a "Basic" or "Style" Cut. HAIRCUT ONLY. No Beard of Mustache included. Must 13yrs or Older.

It is important to note that all Adult Bald Head Services will remain at $20 with Full Service options including Mustache and Beard. Also all Kid Haircuts for ages 12yrs old and Under will remain at $15. All dads who receive an Adult Full Service Haircut along with two or more of his kids will receive his Adult Full Service Haircut at the discounted rate of $20.

All prices and services are located in the Scheduling Link and will take effect immediately. If you would like to see the total list of services and pricing please click the "View My Website" button below. When scheduling a service please be aware of which service you are scheduling, along with the pricing and description thereof.

All clients have the convenience option of paying for their services with either cash or card. All card transactions will stay the same with a convenience fee of 4%.

Once again I would like to thank all of you for allowing me to service you as your personal and professional barber. I will continue to offer Excellent Service, in a Great Environment and in a Timely Manner. Thank You.
