Part 1 of an Olaplex Silk Press
What you see first is me assessing her scalp. She then revealed to me she had been suffering with Seborrheic Dermatitis. After her assessment it was clear she needed a scalp scratch/scrub to lift out the flakes and build up from her scalp before I could proceed with washing her hair.
(I'd like to add that i did the scalp scrub, Olaplex step 1 and 2 off camera)
How your stylist (preferably me ) 😄 cares for your hair makes the difference between it LOOKS healthy and it IS healthy by simply doing your homework and consulting with the client.
Your scalp care, washing your hair with the right products, and how you manipulate your hair are all the foundations to sat your healthy hair journey up for success!
Pro Tip ✨: When applying your conditioner don't just apply it to the outside, open the hair up and apply it in smaller sections. Also, for the best distribution comb through your hair. You can condition and detangle all in one. 😌 You're welcome!
