Sequence for colds
It’s been a while since I posted the sequence for colds from the book “The Path to Holistic Health”
This sequence has always supported me if I feel like I’m getting ill or have a cold. January is a good time of year to practice this sequence or some of the poses. You can miss out inversions if you are menstruating or haven’t done them before.
Some poses may increase your symptoms like strong back bends or standing poses so this sequence is designed to help your energy. The poses within the sequence have a lot of inversions where the head is lower than the chest (even downward dog is a beginners inversion). This helps to unblock the sinuses and improves respiration
