Ive worked to achieve an optimal level in each category of fitness and will now basically work to maintain the rest of my life. I’ve lifted consistently since 7th grade, played college football, competed in bodybuilding, competed in powerlifting. Now my goal is to continue to prove to people that you can build an elite physique naturally along with being healthy, lean and aesthetic for the rest of my life and focus on career, business, fitness influencing, and building a family.

After a year, I am finally excited to announce the official launch of my business, Apogee Health & Performance. Apogee H&P is starting as an online platform to match prospective online personal training clients with premium, evidence-based exercise professionals with a rich variety of experience and credentials in health and fitness. Too often, online training profits through misinformation and inaccurate exercise programs. Apogee H&P’s mission is to uphold the value of “quality over quantity” and be your trusted source for premium service.

Over the next five years, our greater vision is to deliver highly accurate, individualized, and safe exercise and nutritional prescriptions to users through a mobile application that utilizes artificial intelligence. As a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, I will work to allow this application to help users identify potential injuries they may experience during exercise and rectify any aberrant movements contributing to the issue.

Incredibly blessed to see and host my parents for Christmas. Excited for 2024 big things are coming! Merry Christmas to you and yours ❤️

Had to get ahold of this new 2020 370Z with only 18k miles as it is probably going to be one of the last manual transmission, naturally aspirated Z’s that will ever exist. For my car friends, I’m going to supercharge it and get it to 600 HP (stay tuned, pun intended) along with doing a full blackout. Swipe right to say goodbye to Zoey as she has now been sold 🥹

I started this when I was 20 years old. Each piece has a rich story of the Saxon/ Dane history and I wanted it to be done with traditional art/style to honor the ancestors. 9 years and $9,000 later and it’s done!

I’m excited to announce I have accepted a position as a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Pro Sports Club in Bellevue, Washington!

I am currently preparing for my boards exam on July 27th, 2022 to become a licensed PT but am grateful and blessed for this amazing opportunity ahead of me.
