Today, we celebrate all the amazing dads and fatherly figures out there. Your support, wisdom, and kindness mean so much to your loved one. Thank you for everything you do.

To my husband and the father of our kids, we are truly grateful for all you are and for all you do. You are an amazing dad, and we love you so much.

This weekend, we celebrate all the dads, stepdads, grandpas, and father‑figures who show up with love, guidance, and heart. Here are some meaningful ways to make them feel appreciated and to strengthen connection:

Join me next Monday, the 22nd, as I kick off my summer programming with the My Colorful Emotions Workshop at Fairwood Library. We’ll explore our emotions through art, movement, and music, and learn simple tools to help kids feel calm, confident, and connected for the summer and beyond. I can’t wait to start the season with this meaningful session together with this wonderful community.

It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of our mom, Helene, after a couragous battle with cancer. She was a woman of extraordinary resilience, creativity, and compassion - a true light who inspired everyone she met.

I’m deeply grateful for the meaningful work we created together. Her wise and beautiful words have touched tens of thousands of lives through our books and workshops, and her legacy will continue to shine in every child, family, and educator our work has reached.

I’m so thankful for the love and strength she poured into our family. She was the most incredible mom and Nona, and while her absence is felt deeply, her spirit lives on through her family and through the lessons she taught us. We will love her always.
