I moved for life in Puyallup. I have some changes in my life. I opening one more office in Puyallup and will continue my work in Bellevue 3 days a week: Monday, Wednesday and some Saturdays. Rest of the days I will work in Puyallup accept Sunday, Friday. I will try do the best my job. I starting accepting more insurances and coworkers with Chiropractor and Rehabilitation. Many people don’t know this, but I’ve had scoliosis since childhood.
And when I worked as an artist, sitting for long hours became unbearable for me.
Hours at the table, constant tension, the body leaning to one side — all of it created a pain that sometimes completely stopped my day.
This was one of the main reasons I left my art career and chose a path that taught me to understand the body in a completely different way.

Today, my salvation is massage, stretching, and daily walks.
These three things bring my body back into balance, release muscle tension, and allow my back to live without constant pain.

Why does scoliosis make back pain worse?

Because the body works “unevenly”:

◾ Muscles overload asymmetrically.
One side works too much, the other weakens — creating chronic tension and pain.

◾ Facet joints compress at an unnatural angle.
This leads to stiffness, sharp sensations, and occasional “pinching.”

◾ Discs receive uneven pressure.
They wear down faster and can become painful even after light activity.

◾ Nerves get irritated more easily.
This can cause radiating pain, tingling, or numbness.

◾ The body is constantly fighting for balance.
Even when simply standing, the muscles work twice as hard as in someone without scoliosis.

And that’s why it’s so important not to wait for the pain to “go away on its own,” but to support the spine daily — with movement, quality massage, and a little more care for your body.

It took me years to understand: pain isn’t punishment — it’s the body asking for help.
And when we listen, everything begins to change.

✨ Why do our joints sometimes crack?

We’ve all heard this sound at least once — in the knees, shoulders, neck, or fingers.
But cracking doesn’t mean anything is wrong with your body.

Most often, it happens because of:

🔹 1. Normal cavitation
There is fluid with dissolved gases inside every joint.
When you move, the pressure changes — tiny bubbles form and pop.
This is natural, safe, and does not damage the tissues.

🔹 2. Tendons “snapping” over bony structures
When muscles are tight or slightly imbalanced, tendons can glide differently.
That’s why you hear clicking during movement.

🔹 3. Lack of movement and dehydration
If you move too little or don’t drink enough water, the synovial fluid loses its ideal “slippery” quality.
After warming up or getting a massage, the cracking usually disappears.

🔹 4. Hypermobility
People with more flexible ligaments often hear more joint sounds — simply because their range of motion is greater.
This is normal too.



🧡 When should you pay attention?

Only if cracking comes with:
• pain
• swelling
• limited movement
• a “gritty” or “sandy” sensation inside the joint

In all other cases, it’s just your joints reminding you that they need movement, warmth, and care.
