Your appointment is very important to me—it’s reserved especially for you. 💇‍♀️💛 I do everything I can to stay on time and respect your schedule, so here’s a quick reminder of my updated No-Show & Cancellation Policy:

⏰ Late Arrivals
If you’re more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule to avoid disrupting the next guest’s appointment.

📅 Cancellations
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice = 50% charge
• Less than 1 hour = 100% charge

🚫 No-Call / No-Show
If you don’t show up and haven’t contacted me, 100% of your service cost will be charged to the card on file.
If you’d like to reschedule a missed appointment, full prepayment will be required to rebook.

💳 Card on File Policy
A card is now required to book all appointments. It won’t be charged unless:
• You cancel late
• No-show
• Or choose to pay by card
If you pay with cash or check, your card stays untouched!

As a small business owner, I don’t get paid when you’re not in my chair—thank you so much for your support, understanding, and for respecting these boundaries. 💛✂️

•If you don’t already know, I do not up charge for foreign fills. You can come try me out for the same price as a regular client’s fill of $65.
