Seek education, develop your skills, sharpen your talents and watch your success. They are some great educators out there. Seek them out and please use more then their followers count to determine if they are great educators. Followers and likes are a good indicator of talent and popularity. However it doesn’t determine nor is it a good indicator on how well some teaches or mentors. Good educators and mentors know how to develop and bring out the best in you. Try to find a couple of them in different phases of their careers. For instance an old school stylist with decades of success who is still currently active in the business along with a younger stylist that’s popping right now. You can learn from both. One without the other you might miss out.
