A few friendly reminders…
• I will have my new little sidekick with me. Please be mindful, if you are sick I ask you to reschedule for my little dude’s safety.
•Appointments on the app show availability but I'm happy to add you to a cancellation list if something earlier should become available!
•When scheduling, please do your best to keep your appointment as rescheduling will be difficult due to limited availability.
• Late afternoon and evening appointments are very limited. To get an appointment sooner, you may want to consider a lunch break or some time earlier in the day.
• Lastly, over the years last minute cancellations and no shows have been at high volume and as a result I have no choice but to strictly implement my cancellation policy. I completely understand sickness occurs and true emergencies arise, this will be taken into consideration. Moving forward, I will have to enforce no shows/same day cancellations charges of 100% of the appointment. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no show and charged the no show fee of 100%. Cancelling 24 hours prior will be charged 50% of the appointment. No future appointments will be made until charges have been taken care of. It breaks my heart to do this but please understand when someone no shows or cancels last minute I’m not able to fill that time which in turn means I’m not getting paid. It’s just like showing up to your job and the boss says there will be no pay for your day of work. Please consider this and know that if there is any way I can fill your appointment from my cancellation list, then I will not charge you. My policy will be enforced to ensure fairness to everyone.
