Okay I just signed up for this software that seems to be the new thing. I am hoping to replace mailchimp, click funnels, etc. and can be used for affiliate marketing and dance classes. Anyone else using it? Any good videos out there?

Moving with Grace into 35 (Life Assessment Tools) Birthdays are a lot like New Years for me. I get to reflect on the past year and ask myself, "by the time I'm 36 what do I want to accomplish? How do I want to grow? What do I want to get rid of that is not serving me anymore?". These past few years have been a lot for most people. In addition to th...

“Mom, when you left the room I felt hopeless and scared.”
What an incredibly beautiful thing my 8 year old said to me last night. 🥰
👉🏻 after 20 minutes of asking my son to get ready for bed I finally told him that I was going to leave the room and come back when he was ready. That perhaps my presence was distracting him from taking care of business.
👉🏻 i’m very much against abandoning children as a form of punishment but I’m also an advocate for setting limits. I waited outside the door and when he said he was ready I came back in to cuddle.
👉🏻As soon as he expressed how he was feeling, I gave him a huge hug and told him how grateful I was that he shared that with me.
❤️ I hope to be a part of raising a generation of people more willing to be vulnerable, set boundaries, and accept all the feelings that come their way.
❤️ PLEASE, never tell your kid to stop crying or to dismiss the way they feel. And never try to fix their feelings or convince them they are okay. Just provide space for them to feel what they feel and trust their self healing process ❤️
NEW PROJECT ALERT!
I am creating a series of dance-along sensual workout videos. I want to create a space that is less about learning a bunch of moves. Getting out of your head and into your body. I have two videos up now and will be uploading a beginner's arms follow along tomorrow! In the queue is a blues-style routine. Oh my. Check it out:

I was raised by two nurses. My mother would tell me to be a nurse so I can find a hot doctor to marry. We’ll I decided to travel the world dancing instead 😂
Yet here I am, officially starting a nursing assistant program tomorrow. I wish I could have seen the look on my mother’s face when I called her to mail me her scrubs😂 And oddly for not being sentimental, I like wearing them. Like the power of an amazing nurse has been passed down to me through this uniform.
If anyone is curious why I am doing this, it was the option I chose to get more medical background so that I could keep going with my Craniosacral training 🤷🏼♀️ I am really excited to learn more basic care and how to have ethical dialogue with patients. Wish me luck!

Hey Detroit, I’m coming for you THIS WEDNESDAY. ⚡️
These Craniosacral seminars are the only ME time during the year. Just 6 blissful days of learning something new, witnessing the power of self healing, drinking ice cold beers and making some amazing relationships.
…Of course my mother wanted me to know that Detroit was the “murder capital” 🥴

My goodness I love what I do.
Craniosacral Therapy is such a unique and beautiful healing modality. It’s intimate and artistic. It’s based in the belief that our bodies are designed to self heal. The Practitioner is the facilitator only. Trained to listen, observe and be patient. Being able to touch/ meld with a body and witness the miracle of self healing is one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had.

⚡️A beautiful explanation of “direction of energy” work:
This technique is based upon the fact that all living human beings are batteries, generators, and capacitors in the literal, electrical sense. Your skin is the insulator which holds in your electricity and which protects you from environmental electrical phenomenon in which could interfere with your electrical health and functioning. ❤️ When you place your skin into intimate contact with the skin of another human being, some of the resistance of these two insulator skins seem to be lost. Ultimately the two capacitors you and your patient, by virtue of the increasing conductivity of the skin, become one. Although this may sound rather romantic, it can be used therapeutically..
My goodness I’m in love with Craniosacral Therapy🥰

It rarely happens….
When I became a mom, I threw away most of the make-up in my cabinet and opted for clean minimal beauty products. It took me a while but 1,000 YouTube videos later, I found my favorite brand. 100pure.
And they’re 70% off right now. 🎉Specifically the tinted moisturizer (I wear SAND) and their matte lipstick (so moisturizing!). I only see this sale in the new year and usually buy my whole years supply in one go😁.

So I sorta messed up Christmas 😬
I was supposed to fly today with the boys to see my family in California. So I’ve been letting the boys open all the Christmas presents a week or two early (since they won’t be able to enjoy any of them if they had opened them on Christmas day).
But then of course we all get sick and I have to prolong the flight till Monday. So here we are on Christmas with no presents to open🤷🏼♀️ At least it’s was a white one!
