One thing I do during almost every treatment is step back and reassess.
Facial balancing isn’t about placing product and hoping for the best. It’s about constantly evaluating the face as a whole, checking proportions, symmetry, movement, and making small adjustments along the way.
Sometimes the most important part of the appointment isn’t the injection. It’s taking a step back and making sure everything works together naturally.

Here's a conversation we have weekly with patients in their 40s, and we want to put it on the grid because the women living through it deserve to see it named.
The fatigue, the sleep changes, the way your skin started behaving differently around 41 — collagen loss accelerating, dryness setting in, the jaw and midface losing some of their definition — these aren't separate problems. They're the same shift showing up in different places.
That's why our wellness arm and our aesthetic arm talk to each other. A patient who comes in for threads to support midface volume and a patient who comes in for hormone-aware lab work and a patient asking why her skin suddenly feels different are often the same patient. Treating one of those things in isolation leaves the other two unsupported.
We don't promise to fix perimenopause — that's not how this works, and anyone telling you otherwise should be taken with a healthy dose of skepticism. What we do is integrate the picture. Labs to understand what's happening. Treatments to support what you see in the mirror. A plan that respects that you're not the same body you were at 32.

The honest version of why microneedling outcomes vary so much patient to patient: what's happening at home in the days around the appointment.
Sunscreen every day, including cloudy days, including "I'm just driving to work" days. Retinoid stops five days before and restarts five days after. Physical scrubs come out of the routine for good, they undo the surface work the treatment is doing.
