The magic of Lip Neutralization 🍑 This was my client’s lips after one procedure, the shade you see is fresh out of the appointment. These are raw photos straight from my phone. ( as you guys see there is absolutely no swelling) I’m shocked by the photos my clients show me of their old procedures, and the misinformation on the internet. I hate to say it ladies but, your lips are not supposed to swell excessively after Lip blushing/neutralization and if they did there’s a high chance that it wasn’t done right. The way I avoid excessive swelling is by using a really tiny 0.25mm needle. It takes a longer time, but it gives good healed results and little to no trauma to the skin 😊 Please do keep in mind that this shade fades by 40% during healing, which is a normal part of the lip neutralization healing. Powder Brows 🫶🏼 Every set of brows I create is different, because we’re all unique and we each have are own preferences. My client uses a dark brown pencil to fill in her brows. She likes to make them thicker, fuller with a more defined shape. Because she changes the shape so drastically, it’s gets tiring for her to even them out and recreate the same look every morning. She wanted the shape to lift up her eyes and give her a snatched effect, while still keeping the thickness and shade she likes ✨ This tattoo fades by about 30% in opacity during healing Ps: The tattoo looks a little shiny, because that was after we applied the protective ointment. The best way to explain the difference between lip neutralization and lip blushing 👄 > Both are considered cosmetic tattoo procedures, however the main difference is in the shades used and also the healing time. -Lip blushing adds pigment to pale lips, but can also be used to define lips, camouflage migrated lip fillers, or in general to add a pop of color. Lipblushing comes a VARIETY of shades from Nudes, pinks, reds, browns and even dark shades like burgundy and plum! It is done in only two sessions 4 weeks apart. -Lip neutralization is used to lift and lighten dark, pigmented lips. We use lighter and more bright shades to lift darker lips to a lighter shade and add a subtle tint. Can also be used to enhance hyperpigmentation cases, or darker lips due to smoking and genetics. Lip neutralization requires three procedures total and they are schedule 8 weeks apart. She wanted to go for something very light and natural. Our goal was to mainly enhance the outline of her lips after lip injections and give her a subtle color.
This also answers a common FAQ: “Can I get a Lipblush done if I have lip fillers?” the answer is YES 🙌🏼 as long as your lips are fully healed.

We went for a soft pink shade which will fade 40-50% lighter during healing, leaving a very natural tint.
