Hello everyone! 😊 Hope you are enjoying your summer! 🥰

I just want to ask a favor please. I need everyone to remember to put your appointment in your calendar please, please, please. I have had an influx of people needing to cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour window. This makes it incredibly hard on me because it's almost always impossible for me to fill your spot at that late timeframe. Not only that but then I have to find another time slot for you. So essentially you, as the client, are taking up two appointment times but I only get paid for one appointment.

I hope you all understand. I'm not trying to be ugly or rude. I'm staying booked up about 2-3 weeks in advance so it does put undue pressure on me to get you back in soon, like you prefer. More so for color or chemical services, as they take up a lot of time.

I posted this cancellation policy January 1, 2023 in hopes I would never have to enforce it. Please read over it & try your best to make your appointment time. Don't make me be a meanie!!! Lol! 💜💜

I have a new booking app so you'll get a text when we book your appointment & you'll get an automated text confirming your appointment 24 hours before your appointment time. Please follow the prompts to confirm. You will also get one if we change your appointment. You will still contact me to make your appointments as I do want to still have some personability to my business. I'm still learning the app so I might mess up from time to time but if you have questions just text me at my number & I'll be sure to get it straightened out. I just want to say THANK YOU to all the people that come to me for your hair needs, especially those of you who continuously come to me. I have so many of you still with me who have been with me through my twenty years of business. God has blessed my business so much and has given me the best clients. Y'all are the reason I do what I do. 💜 You are family & I love each of you.

In June my clients allowed me to start taking Saturdays off. It's been a blessing to me...more than you know. Last year I took the week between Christmas & New Years off and it was amazing & a much needed time of rest. I did it again this year and just want to say thank you for allowing me time off.

This next year I pray God blesses each & every one of you immensely. May He give you good health, financial soundness, and peace, comfort & joy. Again, I love you all. 😍🙏🏼💜

It's holiday time!!! Please please please don't wait until the last minute to make your hair appointment. Even if you don't want to get in until December, go ahead and text me & let's set it up. It's better to be safe & early than late & regretful. 🥰😍
