People ask, what is equine assisted learning? It is a coaching process with horse assistants. Horses have an amazing ability to react instantly to the emotions of people. The horses help as a mirror back to people showing whether what they are saying and doing is congruent. Because sometimes we cannot look deeply enough at ourselves to see where the blocks are. The horses help us see into ourselves, react to our emotions and assist in the learning/growing process.

Jack was not feeling good the other night so he got to eat some mash. He looked so cute with it all over his face I had to share. He is doing better. Are there days you just don’t feel great? Do something you love for yourself on those days. Self care is so important.
