Now offering TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE: Traditional Thai massage is a centuries-old healing practice that combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. It originated in Thailand over 2,500 years ago, with influences from Indian, Chinese, and Southeast Asian medicine. Here’s what makes it unique:

Key Characteristics:
1. No oils or lotions – It’s typically done dry, with the client fully clothed in loose, comfortable clothing.
2. On a mat, not a table – The massage is usually performed on a firm mat on the floor.
3. Stretching and movement – The therapist moves your body into various yoga-like positions. It’s sometimes referred to as “lazy yoga” because the therapist does the work while you relax.
4. Pressure along energy lines (Sen lines) – Similar to acupuncture meridians, these are believed to be channels through which energy flows. The therapist applies rhythmic pressure using their hands, thumbs, elbows, knees, and even feet.
5. Full-body treatment – Sessions often last 60–120 minutes and cover the whole body, starting from the feet and moving upwards.
