Eggs and Deer Burger!

All beef hotdogs and scrambled eggs for lunch 👍🏻

They aren’t the prettiest, but had some carnivore pizza balls.

Salami & Pepperoni chopped.
Cream cheese.
Mozzarella cheese.
Pizza seasoning.

Rolled into a ball.

Egg wash.
Rolled into some Parmesan.

Air fry at 390* for 10 minutes.

50+ pounds down.

At my heaviest I was 215 lbs. I felt like crap, out of shape, and about 80 pounds above my old fight weight of 135.

The July pic was on vacation in Texas.
Beginning of August, I started the Carnivore Diet after my brother (in arms) Fez told me about it.

My food:
Meat. Eggs. Seafood.
Butter. Salt.
Eat when I’m hungry. Stop when I’m full.
Easiest diet I’ve ever tried.

I feel amazing. Rarely any pain. GERD is basically gone.
