I want to just say how thankful I am of my husband. He has been so supportive through my wellness journey by doing things like helping the girls with their homework while I do my workouts and making sure he’s getting the right foods for me to eat. These things do not go unnoticed and I just love you so very much!!

In the past I’ve always felt uncomfortable in my skin. The girl on the left was insecure and felt ugly even with makeup on!

Losing the weight of course makes me feel comfortable in my own skin but it’s more about how I FEEL from the inside out! I am so proud of how far I’ve come and I will shout it from the rooftops! Here’s to the next 25 pounds I’ll lose! 🤜

Just wanted to shout out this beautiful woman next to me! My mom! She’s been so supportive of everything I do and we talk almost every day! I’ve loved getting to help her with her floral business and spend time with her. Love you ❤️

Hubby made me a delicious dinner while I did my workout today! Swordfish with shredded Brussels sprouts and peas! All 2B approved!

I haven’t been on social media a whole lot lately. Anxiety/depression gets the best of me at times and I tend to shut out a lot. Today was a good day. Drew and I are off work today and we took a walk around

I am loving not only feeling good on the inside but noticing and feeling the changes to my body on the outside! I have never had much muscle definition at all so seeing my shoulder and biceps/triceps gain muscle has been mind blowing to me!

So funny story: I went to Kroger today and I had picked up a whole water bottle case so that he could scan it easily and he was so impressed that it was so effortless for me to lift. It’s the little things like this that make me proud to see where I’ve come from to who I am now and thinking about how strong I’ve become!
