Welcome to Restore Yourself With Michelle. I offer classes in Hatha Yoga for beginner and intermediate level yoga practioners. My 500 hour training is in Amrit Yoga and my background in yoga studies is a mixture of Iyengar & Amrit Yoga. I received my Master Level Training in Yoga Nidra through the Amrit Yoga Institute and I am able to offer classes in Yoga Nidra or private sessions. I am a BOOTST
